Young kids...you see them working or you see them working on their phones! The production line now look like telemarketing! or The Cinema! and event PO-N Cinema! Textron just pay for young kid to surf the internet...How nice.....
I think they are sad that the company has not taken another Bankruptcy yet. Textron wants people to work for their pay, not sit around complaining about how bad things are. It will not be long before all the buildings are painted white and the employees are all Textron Aviation employees Not Beech or Cessna.
Vinny is correct...move up, move over, or move out. There are plenty of new young kids who want to learn a trade that will turn into a career. All you old hats need to just leave and let those of us responsible ones train the next generation of our future.
Then leave for crying out loud. All u hear anymore is ppl complaining and crying about how things changed and how they don't feel appreciated....it's a job not a lifetime movie.
