Like the two previous comments said, this isn’t news hence why there arent any article about it. This is the biggest deal in the history for enterprise tech. All concerned regulatory agencies will want to take a lot at the deal’s proceedings, it’s normal

The vast majority of deals reviewed by the FTC and the Department of Justice are allowed to proceed after the first, preliminary review. This is a guide deal guys, every deal of this size is reviewed and can have multiple reviews.
