I've been checking and I can't find one article about it. I guess management is working overtime to contain this information. I wonder why.

Warn notices are required if they meet a threshold for a single site. Not sure that it's only for 1 site. Hackberry and Enon both surpass threshold. Thinking that severance pay for 60 days satisfies notices to employees but the state notifications might be different.
WARN notifications only need to be posted if the layoffs are from a single site.

I looked for a WARN notification with the state and didn’t see one so it makes me wonder how big it is. Or maybe you don’t need to file one if the Texas number doesn’t meet a certain threshold. Im not well versed in WARN
