Thread regarding CVS layoffs

DL’s, RD’s and corporate big shots

The big changes are to improve your “quality of life” correct? So how bout improving the stores quality of life with less threatening texts and conference calls. Literally a DL threatening for a RD manager to walk out of stores if service binders aren’t setup lmao are we in kindergarten? Learn mgmt 101 and treat people better and results will come.

You are spot on. The toxic culture of intimidation and the absolute arrogance of the leader ship in this company is astonishing. It will eventually catch up with them and I’m glad I left before it does.

LMAO service binders for the one associate to read and to role play while doing a dozen tasks. Sell off the stores and go back to peddling insurance Karen. You and your hundred VP jobs you created are worthless soon sell street will see your smoke and mirrors show!!!!

It is 100% the reason I left. I am an grown adult. I did my job with integrity for two decades and did not need to micro managed. The Sh-t DL thought otherwise. Good bye.

CVS operates under a culture of fear, threats, and intimidation. It's clear by the amount of people leaving, that way of operating doesn't work. So what does CVS do? Turn up the heat even more. And then even more people leave. Corporate refuses to admit their way isn't working. They'd rather die on the hill of "their way or else" instead of changing.
