Well, one thing is for sure. We know where integrity is lacking.
To be fair, they make decisions involving tens and hundreds of millions of dollars routinely. Your job and theirs are not similar, nor comparable.
It takes solid leadership to keep money flowing through the company an appropriate rate where value is being realized fast enough, while the coffers stay full. If done right, the company succeeds. Solvency and growth are often at odds, and need to be corralled.
Bad or incompetent executives sink companies.

Execs don’t care what non-execs think. There are companies where C Level won’t even talk to anyone 2 levels below.
His pay and CH in Ontario went up by over 5%.

Dilger from Pembina. Their new young CEO loves skiing and has two mistresses at any given time. That company is full of addicts. Want to party while working in a sweatshop Pembina. Enbridge ain't so bad... sometimes.
Does anybody out there know how much each ENB employee across the entire enterprise would get extra if The Al of Monaco had his pay cut in half and the money distributed evenly to each ENB employee?

One of the top midstream guys listed (not ours) was recently dismissed for going skiing every day. Spent more time in rehab than the office.
Since 1978 CEO pay has grown 1322%... worker pay grew by 18% over the same period.
We are being scammed on a massive scale. AM is one of the biggest scammers out there.
When the executive has relations with his admin or an intern and gets caught, there are no repercussions as everyone at that level does it. When busted, his wife gets a green light to spend 30K at Holt Renfrew on goods and to spend a 100K on upgrades to their BC summer home under her oversight.
