Customers woke up one Monday morning and could not access the support site, After days of frustration, they were able to get back in, only to find all of their cases deleted.

What does this mean that they deleted cases and users? Can anyone explain further what happened? I have not heard anything about this.

This was not Lea’s team, this was in a different area

Lea’s dept did not do this. It was the digital team under Andrew Pearce. So if you want to lay blame go there.

And i hought c2c had issues. I have seen some stupidity over the years. Get use to this, its the blind leading the blind. By the time they figure out what they are doing. Leadership will find a lower cost location.... Here we are.....

Wow, support sucks and destroys, almost on par with product management and UX.
