I also have the need to vent sometimes because CVS has become a joke of a company. However, it is not that there are no other options. People I know found new jobs very quickly. I wonder how many actually tried but didn't manage to get another job? I hope there aren't many of them.

There's a ton of jobs out there and most other companies are aware of the terrible mess CVS/Coram has become. Everyone I know has gotten new jobs with better pay already. There is no reason to try to stay at CVS or Coram
