If I got a much better offer, of course I wouldn't think twice about it and would accept it right away.
But since I haven't been able to get a better offer, I'm just wasting time here waiting for the package.
Actually I think most of the people at DQ are still here because they are waiting for the package. Am I wrong?

Don’t rely on a package for they have removed many employees from the company in several departments that did not receive the packages they earned for up to 25 years of service
Ain’t gonna be any pay offs any time soon. Yes a lot of people are looking at other positions elsewhere. Unfortunately there is no way of moving up in DQ anymore, they are not interested in increasing head count just trying to get folk to take on extra duties without any benefits.
All we can say now is ‘it’s a job’ that’s all it is. If something else come up then I’ll be moving on as well. Long service means nothing now.
