While VietJet choose Boeing MAX jets?
Understandable. Vietnam is a close follower of Boeing. No pun intended.
They will buy whatever the Americans dish out.

I think Airbus has around an 8 year backlog, Boeing has about a 4 year backlog. You get you plane about 4 years sooner if you choose Boeing. That’s the only advantage with Boeing. Airbus is the safer plane with better quality.
