If the management thinks it's okay to cut people, some of whom were excellent performers, and then distribute the rest of the work to those of us who are still here - I don't think it will go that way. I'm already overloaded and I don't intend to accept even a little extra work. I think that those who were thinking of staying here for a while longer will also start leaving?

It sounded like they got rid of departments that were not making money. R&D was cut to around 5-6 people. De Haro office site is probably done for.
If you worked directly with patient samples in production or supporting production you still have a job.

They spent too much money on acquisitions and now are in survival mode. In "cutting the fat" they might have hit an artery
