Someone rightly noted that in every company there are periods when employees enjoy their job and periods when they would most rather quit.
However it becomes problematic when the number of those who feel like quitting becomes greater than of those who enjoy their job.
I wonder what percentage of employees here still really love their job here and this company?

They don't care if you go. They will replace you with someone cheaper.
By going, your helping the company profit.

management do not care if staff are happy or not. however staff exit cgg (by choice-retirement-natural causes) they simply hire someone new and cheaper.
i am unhappy but i have no option other than to remain at cgg.
Union representatives are currently very happy as they get to avoid producing work beneficial to CGG while coming out with the classic, ‘just off to a union meeting’!!
Excluding senior managers everyone I speak to is unhappy
