Bose plans to close Boston office

https://www.bizjournals.com/boston/news/2022/07/15/bose-plans-to-move-out-of-boston-office.html

The Framingham-based company has listed its Boston Landing space for sublease. The amount of office space available for sublease in Boston is on the upswing, with SimpliSafe also listing more than 100,000 square feet in the city.
=====================
Why should Bose setup the Boston landing office in the first place?
When I heard the announcement a few years, I was so surprised, WHY?
Anyway, the people who made the mistakes are long gone.

They thought the Boston landing office would be the hip new cool place to work at for the Health division. Unfortunately they forgot they need products that 1) Don't have quality issues (Sleepbuds) 2) Are marketed and made to excite people (Hearing aids)
