Sad place to be employed

This is one of my biggest mistakes when I applied here. I stayed only because I really believed that it would get better. Now I don't think so anymore? Does it make any sense anymore to be optimistic and believe that anything will change for the better?

I feel bad for all the store managers and employees who work extremely hard each and every day to take care of customers put out load order stock and condition their stores with no help. I was a DM when there were pharmacy supervisors. I enjoyed my 21 teams and were proud of their stores. It was very difficult to balance corporate demands, which were often unrealistic, helping my stores be successful was my goal. I finally exited but miss my employees. There are many other opportunities out there don’t be afraid to look.

No chance to be optimistic higher ups Michelle P comes out and says no more pushing and bantering for carepass results. District mgrs still blowing up mgrs phones from early morning until late at night. Texts group chats non stop. Stores look like dumpster fires, understaffed, overworked, and stressed out trying to do tasks and customer service. It’s a joke. Michelle if you or any of your corporate trolls read this please look into how your regionals and district mgrs really manage the programs you push, you might be surprised. It’s down right harassment
