@4ntb. I totally agree, far better to shoe ho-n in some rookie graduate that does not know their bottom from their elbow.
The tragedy being that they are good people, but as soon as they become useful to us, they become useful to others too who have more to offer, and the door revolves yet again.
And its not as if the company care about retention either, in fact i'd say that seem to promote high staff turnover as an expected norm. Sad, but the truth is, anybody who has anything meaningful to offer, is looking for a way out.

Aberdeen should not be shoving mwd hands into management jobs this is why this facility went down the toilet. sooner this place closes down fully the better

HAL eps of 49 cents on revenue of 5.1 billion usd
BKR eps of 11 cents on revenue of 5 billion usd a gap of 12 cents on what the markets thought it should have earned, with oil sat above 100 usd a barrel. The closest they have been to the consensual eps in the last four quarters was 3 cents in q4 2021. How much longer will shareholders put up with this level of mediocrity from the LT?

Guess we going with the 'doing the best we can navigating a challenging operating environment'.
