When you have management scums taking out debt for stock buy backs to shore up stock price the end result is obvious. Less money in the pot to go around, and management scums plays favorites to safeguard their position. They want to get you at the lowest salary, use you like a napkin, and throw out when done.
Google does not have politics ,this low level.
