It’s all over the internet that FS and RX are splitting. How many stores per district? Will some DL’s be let go? What happens to DPC, FCT, DSSM, TSM, DSPL? Do they get split or become eliminated?

So which SVP will be FS and which will be Rx… aren’t they both pharmacists?
Below comment. 2017 to 2018 change was to lay off tons of overpaid DMs. Now this change is only adding a portion of the field roles back. They still net green

Leave it to CVS to waste money because we had this in 2017, but of course they had to change everything only to pretty much go back to the way it was. Do us all a favor in front store and just sell us to Target because it seems nobody in Woonsocket knows anything about front store

the DL is not the helper -- they have a different RD, different DVP.
This is not as big a deal as you folks are making it . Dssm will just be like the old rx supervisors but for fs of corse . DLhelper
Let’s face it most DLs haven’t got a clue about fs now that they are mostly pharmacists. The problem is most Dssm were chosen by DLs because they were in low volume cr-p stores and could afford to miss a few days and go help DLs - out of 9
Dssms I know of only 1 that was a good store manager and or leader .
Realignment in January when everything goes into effect. 20-24 stores per district. About 150 DLs getting added, mostly DSSMS.
Yeah most DSSm’s if they can get through the vjt and interview process will become dl/El. Once the split happens they’ll if needed they’ll make them fs DLs.
It’s split all the way up to RL. DPC is pharmacy side, DTSM and FS DL handle the front.
Some of those DSSM DSPL will be elevated to DLs . But everything else should remain intact. I believe RDs will make those calls on who goes where but I am thinking most likely a district realignment may come along with this but I hope not. Have more info coming in Monday. But say your current dl is licensed. DSSM may be in line to become FS DL. But like I said I do believe that’s up to RD. Just because that position may be open in your district doesn’t mean it won’t be plugged by someone from another district who is better.
