When I compare how much I'm paid here and how much more those who went to other companies are paid now, I secretly wish to end up on the layoff list. I know of some people who got not only a 30 percent increase after they left, but now they have less stress too!

If you work for some of the other older tech companies, you will realize how much LOT you are paid compared to the rest.
