Why are posts getting deleted?

Does 3M own this site?

No silly goose! The posts are fine and might be more trustworthy than company media releases! They just don’t make the company look good.

Turns out this website is the safest forum for anyone to talk about bad experiences with the company anonymously. I am certain allot of unofficial scrutiny would be placed on it.

Don’t want every one to know what a few went through.

3m might not be owning it but reputation management and public relations agencies might have their watchdogs on it. You would be surprised how much money goes into this kind of stuff.

No, silly, there is about a thousand of forums here, one for every major company.

If something gets deleted it’s due to site’s rules violation, I think it can be found somewhere in the footer.

In short, don’t make posts with this stuff:

  • foul language and insults
  • personal info of employees or mgrs (c-level's ok as they are public figures)
  • threats
  • trolling
  • spamming (or tons of posts with the similar text)
  • impersonating
  • off-topic posts about politics, religion or race/nationality/ethnicity
  • direct advertising

I probably left something out, check the rules in the footer.
