Meta didn’t fail. Look around you, at other organizations, and the market in general. There is no leadership error. This is simply a cycle of survival. If you are let go from your job, it does not mean you are an underperformer. Take nothing personally. Do not feel bad about yourself. Move on. Good people do not stay down.

According to Zuck if you are cut then it absolutely means you are an under performer.
True. But Meta is a poorly run company that bleeds cash and needs a lot coming in to stay in the green.
