So because they are hiring ex felons does that mean rule 1.6 felony convictions no longer applies?

UP so d-mb they think educated people think they’re hiring criminals out of the goodness of their heart. Let’s make no mistake….while I’m glad felons are turning their life around, UP Is recruiting the only type they can get now. Up went from a prestigious job to an embarrassment in 8 years. #straightuptruth
