SAP are starting to use Coveo for support and ramped up large number of new 3rd party contractors. After years of month on month improvement in metrics across the board in our support org the team of hundreds were told during all hands meeting they were on a PIP. None of us were informed what the performance issue was. Requirements are changing on a daily basis where suddenly expectations can't be met. There were no targets with objectives set out. No details of training and supports. They seem to be trying to manage out employees en masse rather than have to pay redundancies.
