Does that mean Zuckerberg will be the first one to go? I can't think of one person with a poorer performance record in the last several years than him. Or does the performance only apply to us peons and not those on top who got us into this mess in the first place?

If Facebook employees, especially the management folks, had any moral compass left from their high 6 or 7 or 8 figure paychecks, Donald Trump wouldn't have been the 45th president to begin with, and we would be in the mess we are in today. I laugh in the face of Facebook employees crying over losing a POS job after taking on million+ dollar mortgage thinking they are better than everyone else, when you are the really just the cancer of society.
