Thread regarding Enbridge Inc. layoffs

Is it out of control?

I received an offer in a company where I will have the opportunity to WFH and with that I will have a higher pay as well. ENB does nothing to keep the remaining employees who are skilled and capable, so the future here does not look very bright. But the question is also, can the leadership now do anything to keep people from leaving, that is, has everything gotten out of control already?

I am desperately looking to leave , I don’t want I work at EGD anymore. Toxic bosses and useless HR. Can someone please recommend some names of companies they have recently gone to that are hiring still? I am an engineer with a P.Eng. I’m known to work hard and produce results.

Same here. Working scope of two seperate roles because no one is left. Got an offer for less work and more pay with one of the big eng firms in the area. Feel bad for the team, as they're already short.. keep telling myself it's ENB's fault tho, they let this happen. Oh well
