I thought I couldn't be more depressed than I already am, and then we got a new CEO. Honestly, what are your expectations from the new CEO?

It’s almost like there is a hedge fund doing back room deals.
Execute the ‘Vista Playbook’ in the next 6 month. Combine, rationalise all possible support functions (you signify a cost center) and shift these to low wage/high education locations (India). Sell or break the leases of offices around the world (if not all). Reduce the many complicated and disparate systems. Standard stuff really.
I have to say Im as surprised as most to see TomK as the new CEO. It almost feels like a hoax at this point.
