The split has been around for years and it clearly was not working....not sure why your even complaining about it going back, it will only help the stores.

Constant change makes it easier for them to add more VP’s to the bloated corporate elite. More chiefs to think up more programs that save money (LMAO) and add more tasks to stores. While cutting the labor hours actually needed to follow the programs coming down. Karen the best program you can come up with is cutting programs and tasks. There only so much that one associate can do.
