Just saw over 550 job openings on their website and over 250 are newer postings. Guess people are leaving as fast as they are hiring. Brain drain must be bad.

Am I thrilled with things? He-l no. But if I was as miserable as you SOBs I wouldn’t be spending my time complaining into the ether.
The word is out with Raymond James and this is why there is a revolving door of new hires. About a decade ago when the greedy young executive empire took over it all started to go down hill. Raymond James is now known for low industry pay, long hours, and terrible benefits. Furthermore, people are aware of their toxic leadership. This is what is wrong at Raymond James.
They made RJ into such a shithole company to work for.
So true! My group just got reorg under Andy Zolper so I guess our new life will be The Beatings Will Continue Until Morale Improves. Time to start looking for a new job!
