Laying people off is never the answer to improving customer satisfaction, especially when we're already short staffed. BK worked hard the past 4 years getting the NPS scores above abysmal, only for Bowel Movement to come back and sh!t on everything that the departing ELT worked so hard to improve.

They are not going to leave b/c they lost their CAM. LOL! They will be assigned a new one.
At least 1 Enterprise Client lost their Client account Manager. They may be the first big Client to leave.
Give it 1-2 years. Will be far away from this cluster

While I agree BM is sh!t, you are giving BK too much credit. His goal was not to improve the company but to make it sellable. In the end, only employees and customers will suffer
