Subpar pay raises that don't even account for inflation and boring work. I just gave my two's notice. Past 4 years have been horrible. Worked my a-s off for this company only to get "MM" rating and subpar raise. Finally made the decision to leave. Peace out!

Boeing has an absolute intolerance for any person that demonstrates leadership, knowledge or growth. Nearly all of my contacts with any practical experience have been shown the door . My history of transferring jobs every 12 months has been genius. Never in one place long enough to be accountable for anything but is somehow considered development to managers.
