Thread regarding Wind River Systems Inc. layoffs

The biggest reasons for leaving?

I was recently surprised when a colleague of mine left who always seemed very happy with his job and intended to stay here for a long time. The reason is neither the higher pay elsewhere, nor the atmosphere in general, but the feeling that he cannot realize his potential here.

All I know is that it’s been a much more pleasant working environment since I don’t have to deal with the APAC FAE / Deal Desk expert.

Overjoyed she left and her elderly narcissistic husband doesn’t come to company events and hit on me and other women.

That’s a big plus.

Hmm - I would not be surprised if this comment came from a Wind River manager. Wind River Managers do not care about the employees, and are very selfish. I believe the original comment is on target. Wind River is not a good place to develop a career.
