Not in 2018. Before that, long before that- in 2003 Kmart was dead and bankrupt, and by 2005. Sears was nearly dead that the bankrupt and dead Kmart actually bought Sears! Kmart ran itself into bankruptcy due to the colossal failure of "Big Kmart", and Sears nearly went bankrupt by the almost as large a failure "Softer Side". They both ran themselves into or near bankruptcy by the year 2000. They've been dying since the 90's which is why Kmart did that "Big Kmart" flop, and Sears almost as large a flop "Softer Side". You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand that when Kmart's "Big Kmart" flopped they were done for, just like when Sears's "Softer Side" flopped they were also done for. Neither campaign saved them, they both caused huge losses for their company, and by 2003 neither was relevant in the retail landscape anymore. If you want to go back to 1985 when they were both household names, then be my guest, because you practically go back to 1985 by entering any of their remaining stores since none have been remodeled since the 1980's!! By the way, those downvoting, thanks, it means you actually agree with me, because you only hate that which you actually agree with! ;)
