I know several people who were very much undervalued here and who, after they left, became star employees in other companies.
What has Qualcomm become? A nursery of talents?
I'm disgusted with how this company is being managed.

Qs attrition is through the roof for a reason.
What u have left are slimmy uppers that cannot do anything but stay and be slimmy. Its survival of unsavory organisms at this point.
If the slimmy could get jobs elsewhere they would be the ones attritioning. Instead they are the ones left and BTW are the cause of the attrition. They know it too. The rest and vest crew hanging on for their dear lives.
Hard pass.

I used Q for as long as it served my purpose. That time is gone. What a he-l ho-e it is. Never seen something so toxic and deeply infected become so broadly takenup and normalized. It is amazing! I presume these folks didnt come into Q so fk up and in such large numbers. It had to be learned and allowed to grow and encouraged for there to be this situation. Q is a great example of corp greed becomes of people and well, the corporation.
They should sell tickets, so society can walk through and tour this train wreck of pychos all congregating in one place. It's amazing.

No one is undervalued! They are getting What they value themselves at. If another job were available that paid more - what would keep them from leaving?
