Long time account holder with considerable assets. Constant issues with automatic payments......never any reason for the issues, just ask me 100 questions that they already have the answer to, then say everything will be in good shape now as if they did me some great favor to fix their own error. Then a month or two later, payments are again not scheduled. Over.....and....over for years on end. Shopping for a new place. Take your assets somewhere else.

Mr. or Mrs. or Ms long time account holder.....I worked at RJ for over 20 years. I quit in late 2018. I do not have considerable assets, but I do have assets. I transferred all of my
"stuff" to ameritrade. I am considered a private client account holder. Customer service is awesome when I need them, no waiting on hold, and selling or buying securities is free. ...I don't do much of it though. Can't beat ameritrade in my opinion. Never have had a single issue that wasn't resolved quickly, and really never have issues. I recommend them.
As an RJ back office employee I’ll just say the technology is bad. The tools we have to do our job are terrible.
It’s a total shithole. If I ripped a huge fa-t , it would make the place smell better.
The RJ apps are being held together by bailing wire and bobby-pins. Any issue is a major incident that takes hours to resolve even minor issues.
agreed, why is the website and app for phones down all the time or just slow?!? I'm planning to switch FAs due to the high fees and cr---y website.
Good for you! Raymond James is falling apart anyway, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
