This MacDonald dude is a total ja----f! I’ve not heard one positive comment about this perfidious jerk and will be the ruin of CDK as good company.

Wonder if the company will still be paying for his weekly private jets flights from Philly since he won't move.

Just wow! And he will be executing his playbook as he has done many times. Took just under a week to reveal what Brookfield wants to do with CDK. Its shocking. How many times can people be lied to before they learn?

Brian Macdonald is back! This is the CEO who blamed managers for his decisions. He does not accept responsibility for his actions. It always someone else who caused home tho let go of so many people. He nearly ki---d the business. Yet he touts it will be different this time. Well Mr Macdonald, we have nearly recovered from your disastrous layoffs. In some areas we have not recovered. We are not average though you treat us as average. The managers are not to blame. Your decisions are to blame. You say it is a "New Era". Well it sure feels like it is an old era. You do not have the trust of associates. You are not seen as a leader but a manager. Yes there is a difference. You are not welcome! Brookfield has made a huge mistake in installing you as the CEO. I expect you will see resignations. And remember employees leave managers not companies. You will see employees leave you as the biggest CEO manager in the history of CDK.

Good thing they gave people "unlimited vacation time" or else they would have to pay that out.

Of course they wait until the day after winning the great place to work award. Now come the layoffs.

Last time he presided over crazy levels of offshoring and mass layoffs. I’m sure he’ll have a more gentle touch this time around. If you’re still at CDK for some reason make plans not to be.
