Nowhere is ideal, employees everywhere have many complaints. However, of all the companies I've worked at so far, this is the company that barely does anything that is of benefit to the employees. Right? I've submitted my resignation.

Very well done for changing. In all the years they have never given anything extra let alone decent pay for your work. Just adding tasks and never replacing people. At the top all show and no blow. I will be on my way out soon.
Well that was in 1996, I left nyc of the south. They ruined Atlanta. I my opinion of course. Other city’s are growing but I always hear we don’t want to become another Atlanta
The Iberian Pig in Decatur is a really good Atlanta restaurant, but the woke's wont allow sl------r of animals anywhere near the city any more.
Cost of living is better in Georgia and a simpler life for the most part. A lot of businesses there as well as Atlanta. Cost of living much higher in Hawaii very expensive. You have to go wherever makes you happy. NY metro area NJ Philly there is a lot to do but pricey cost of living and taxes.
Only thing I know of that was truly positive was moving to Georgia from NY. Not the environment, but the fact NCR doesn’t give or take way pay as they have no cost of living adjustment. I wanted to take a job and applied for one In Hawaii but when I found out no cost of living adjustments I bailed. Instead went to Georgia. Felt like a 8k raise compared to the northeast.
If I was at ATT they would have reduced my pay. Always keep cost of living in your mind when looking to move inside or outside a company

Hey good luck to you. Hopefully I will be right behind you soon. Management does a lot of talking but I’m not seeing results as far as making it better. If anyone pushes you to train and start doing network calls please try to get out of it unless you like constant disruptions to your life.
