It's been a little over a month since the last layoff round and I'm at the point where I wish I was among the laid-off group. We lost several people and since then we've had to do our and their jobs with no indication of when we might get some relief. This is not sustainable but our boss seems to think it is. My point is that whether we were laid off or stayed, we lost. The company is the only winner.

I've been here 10 years, and unfortunately I've seen this happen more than once before.
