Of course, the disconnect between management and us has a severely negative impact on this company as well. I just wonder where that will take this company? I have never before worked in a company where management is less interested in listening to feedback from its employees.

It's hardly a surprise there's a disconnect. This top down hierarchical approach doesn't work. I'm fairly sure my bosses boss doesn't know who I am, I know for sure that I've never spoken to him. If folk continue to be treated as "resource" then the disconnect will grow
Totally agree.any feedback provided..from what I see on townhall questions & answers are either taken up the wrong way by management continuously ( which appears deliberate) or fobbed off for hr/ managers to answer afterwards.
It's usually an issue that has been created or directed by the board.so employees know even if they go to hr/ managers..it's just another fobbed off response. Never seen such blatant disregard to employees in all my years that is constant and continuous.
