Thread regarding Commscope Inc. layoffs

If you read carefully

There is a pension fund that has invested in CommScope. Why would anyone risk that?

Risk, inflation, and fed rate ab to go up a point, it will be interesting to see how CS addresses the dooms day clock on debt terms with no cash to significantly pay down or off any notes.

Stock will crash tomorrow when CPI is released. Be ready to buy and swing the trade on the bounce. One way to make money out this POS. My day was July 27, 2020, found me another job fast, and took the severance and made 130% on these fkers before selling. I’m still flipping this to make my house pymt.

Yes...all that shows is that stock price is so low at the moment..it might be a good gamble as previous reply stated.i doubt it means that the company is out of the woods by any means.

You're right that it is a big risk, but assuming that the company doesn't go bankrupt, the supply chain issues clear up in a couple years, and they sell off HN, it could be a good gamble and double in five years. I personally am unhappy at Commscope and am looking to leave, but I did throw some money on the stock as a gamble.
