At some point the only full time people at frontier will be VPs, Dir and a few reps in each state to set up tables at events. The rest will be vendors and contractors.

Where? Lemme guess; CA TX FL and CT? Wouldn't be surprised, since these seem to also be the states getting all new fleet vehicles as well.
As for the rest of us in states that don't matter, FTR won't even discuss backfilling positions of techs who left in over the past year. Only jobs posted in my state in the past few months have been for more management (since that's OBVIOUSLY what we need)

The company has over 15,000 employees excluding contractors. So that's not very likely is it. Such drama queens on this site. Should be out connecting more customers, because that is the ONLY way you all can be successful. And the company is hiring Techs......
