Not motivated at all

I used to have at least some motivation. Now I'm struggling to do the bare minimum. I no longer have any motivation to stay here and I started looking for something new.

How is it possible that the managers are not at all interested to try to raise the morale and motivation of the employees in any way? Finding replacements is not easy.

If you need someone to motivate you then you need to move on. Why do you need a manager to motivate you to do your job? Do you constantly want to have a pat in the back or do you just need a babysitter? Man up, go your job and go home. Pretty simple.

Everybody no matter what craft should stick it out till new contract. And if it's a terrible deal, walk out. Railroad won't run without us, unions won't exist without us. Both would fail without US. And buy US I mean the grunts on the ground.

We’re having more guys quit than can be hired in my yard. It’s sucking the life out of us that are left. But at least people at hq have a place to worship.
