How is the ELT doing?

Into our seventh month of the year, how is the ELT doing?

· SM/CB: Share price -23% y-o-y, and investor trust and buy rating decline. SM is a weak leader who listens to the wrong people, not sales.
· HA: $1B spent, zero innovation. But blaming others, particularly sales, she excels
· NC: $20M+spent on McK, no strategy anyone can articulate, let alone our ELT. Zero business impact, thousands of wasted hours producing meaningless .ppts. Nobody takes him seriously anymore other than himself.
· KCC: High thirty percent attrit, more in specific functions, all-time low morale. She spends far too much time virtual signaling than doing her CHRO job. So far out of her depth, it’s getting embarrassing.
· TC: Customer attrit increasing, losing flagship customers, losing market share, cloud ARR growth slowing, top-line revenue decline, services biz still broken, no impactful partner program. Steamrollered by HA and NC.
· MH: Customer churn and retention not addressed even though we spent millions with McK, losing flagship customers. Tough gig to walk in to.
· SB: MIA, CTO with little or no influence on our technology direction, he has become a cartoon character and a bit of a joke on the speaking circuit
· JW: Is invisible to most of us, what is she doing? Based on her team feedback, she is disorganized and has no direction, it’s not looking good

The executive hiring is the biggest issue. Remember ET, CRO? He actually slept in meetings and was terrible with customers. HA, CPO who delivers no value and self-promotes while backstabbing her peers. Or NC, arrogantly dumping tens of millions down the strategy drain with his McKinsey buddies with zero to show for it. And terrible CEOs. VL, no tech knowledge. OR and SM, rookie CEOs with no track record of success. Look at KCCs comp and you will be shocked. All she does is virtue signal and manage RIFs in a way that treats the employees with disrespect. The best executive hire, SB CRO was passed for CEO due to lack of experience, then we bring in SM? This is truly a circus. What exactly does the Board do? How can they justify the executive comp?

I believe they could dump all director levels and above and do as well or better than today. Buttkissers have always done well at Pterodactyl and that’s why we’re where we are now.

And yet they continue to drain money off the bottom line and line their pockets with stock options. Although those won’t be worth much. There needs to be a shareholder uprising.

Agree with the points about the management team; however, It's not just the ELT that doesn't grade well ... what grade you would give to 1) the Board and 2) all Director / quasi-VP personnel?

It's a sad picture to see a once-great company brought to the brink by a bunch of hacks who know little-to-nothing about the product, its place in the market, or the differentiation.
