Into our seventh month of the year, how is the ELT doing?
· SM/CB: Share price -23% y-o-y, and investor trust and buy rating decline. SM is a weak leader who listens to the wrong people, not sales.
· HA: $1B spent, zero innovation. But blaming others, particularly sales, she excels
· NC: $20M+spent on McK, no strategy anyone can articulate, let alone our ELT. Zero business impact, thousands of wasted hours producing meaningless .ppts. Nobody takes him seriously anymore other than himself.
· KCC: High thirty percent attrit, more in specific functions, all-time low morale. She spends far too much time virtual signaling than doing her CHRO job. So far out of her depth, it’s getting embarrassing.
· TC: Customer attrit increasing, losing flagship customers, losing market share, cloud ARR growth slowing, top-line revenue decline, services biz still broken, no impactful partner program. Steamrollered by HA and NC.
· MH: Customer churn and retention not addressed even though we spent millions with McK, losing flagship customers. Tough gig to walk in to.
· SB: MIA, CTO with little or no influence on our technology direction, he has become a cartoon character and a bit of a joke on the speaking circuit
· JW: Is invisible to most of us, what is she doing? Based on her team feedback, she is disorganized and has no direction, it’s not looking good
