It hasn't been for at least a month. I've been trying to find something for weeks but I barely found a handful of options worth considering. Needless to say, I landed no interviews from them. Companies are tightening their hiring and it shows. I wish I left last year when most of my team did. It was not smart to wait this long.

@fqp+1hBeVT49 is right, “The longer you stay at Teradata, the harder it will be to find another job in tech.”
It is not only because the team is losing, but also because the longer you stay, the harder for you to catch up with the modern technology, and the more strongly you will be afraid of any changes, and hence the less confident you will become.
If you are developer, try working on open source projects, learn and demonstrate modern technology skills. You will see that there are still many fascinating opportunities outside!
The longer you stay at Teradata, the harder it will be to find another job in tech. Nobody wants to add people from a losing team. In the past, companies who competed with Teradata would hire you to bring in competitive knowledge. Now they don't even care about Teradata, so you have no leverage with that. Just get out anyway you can in the short-term, then grow from that. And don't talk much about Teradata in your interviews other than to say you are ready to move on.
Keep searching and try to connect with recruiters too!
I find this hard to believe. I get at least one request to talk about a job every day from LinkedIn. Maybe you need to update your LinkedIn profile.
Are you sales, support, dev or something else?
Almost doesn't matter. You are right. The job market reaction has been swift.
Good luck to you. Keep searching.
