Ex-employee here curious about what people think of the recent changes. AB gone, CEO gone. But things seem worse from the outside?
No ill feelings, hope the company is sold because that's the only positive outcome. No IPO possible in the next few years
Looks like chairman also given up and helpless and letting it take it's course for better or worse..
IPO is a joke with current management
It is worse from inside also, employee morale is all time low, attrition is all-time high, HR or management does care about it, for protecting PS and JB they are letting 100s of experienced people go over last 2 years,only direction it can go from here is downward, inexperienced product management, inexperienced CTO, inexperienced Product Development..what can happen? This one pins squarely on management and their hiring process of CEO and CTO
Heavy lifting required to recover the company or to sale/IPO. IPO and sale is a dream, only option is recover which is highly impossible with all new set of a management. So many issues to be addressed, strong product managers required for platform/product, find the ways to fill the gap of experienced resources left the organization, must thing is fire AB@Platform the long he stay the more mess up he do.
Unprofitable company for 20+ years, substandard and constantly changing management and a static product losing market share. Who would want to buy this ? The next step is the VC funding being cutoff and then it is goodnight.
