C'mon, the Chicago move and zone structure is not working. Decentralization intended to move us closer to the markets and customers has created mass confusion - too many dotted lines, employees fighting to build their fiefdom's, people making decisions that have no business doing so. Using D&I as the primary factor in hiring into a position and then letting the employee twist in the wind when they don't know what their doing isn't a winning formula. Let's blow this thing up again and get back to our silo's - way better model.

The recentralization has already started. They've hired people back. For better or worse. Even a brother and sister on the same team. No conflict there right? So the people that just spinning in place with no development growth or hope... good luck. Move on or move out. Tho it would be better if some of them moved out because plenty are just happy to do the minimum, cause chaos, and collect paychecks.
