They are doing very good I know that every great compant has a stock price that is same as 20 years ago.
Bp has been a dumpster fire for decades.
Is there discrimination against folks who are not minorities here? What does your comment mean? This is concerning. Have any of you reported this issue to your HR department and management? If so, what did they say? It doesn't sound like I'll be leaving my current company. I forsee a huge lawsuit for BP if this is indeed happening.

Been lost since Browne left. Current management has hitched the wagon to the wrong horse, but that’ll only be realized in 20 years and they’ll all be mega rich regardless. Good luck getting an F+ job unless you’re a minority
- Guaranteed layoffs every 1 to 2 years
- Slow growth / lack of promotion opportunity
- Conceited leaders unable to take feedback
- Retaliatory actions taken against anyone that tries to take a stance for improvements
