Hi there. Its been nearly 4 years since I left SunGard. I was a longtime employee prior. But I keep getting these court notices in the mail about their bankruptcy. Got another one yesterday. Not sure what they mean to me personally as an ex-employee.
Can anyone shed some light?

Correct, unless you plain to file a claim to receive compensation owed to you, it is for informational purposes only and required by the Court as part of the process.
Yep, still had my 401k from them. I rolled it over into a IRA now juuuuuust to be safe. Thanks for the assist. Cheers!
You probably still have a 401K with SGAS, even though you no longer work there. Otherwise, you would not be receiving the notices.
Just be thankful you're not getting all of them as there are 470 of them at this point.
Yeah, just ignore if you aren't pursuing them for compensation for something. I got one too, and had wondered about sitting in on the objections call just for giggles.
Don't think it means anything to you unless they owe you money. Believe it's a Ch 11 requirement to contact all former employees during the process so you can lodge a request for monies owed or something to that effect.
