Can anyone post a key or table for the letter grades versus salary ranges for BP Onshore America?
Curious to know where I stand if I get a job offer.

That's not a good attitude to have. The kid was obviously wise enough to pick up on what many of us saw all the time here. "Don't let the door hit you where the good lord split you"???? Really??? You guys have a horrible work culture reputation. Nobody good wants to work for you.
How about you guys start addressing some of this stuff instead of being arrogant about it? Does it hurt your pride? How is it that an intern can see it but you can't? This is exactly why I left.

That's okay if its confidential. I wasn't planning on accepting an offer here anyway. My friend told me about his experience here and from what I've read it does not sound like this company is a good place to build a career.
I've picked up on a few things. I've caught some of the leadership talking bad about their employees in the hallway.
