Things have changed drastically in recent years. Medical, pension, hours, everything has been affected in one way or another. I wonder what's the next thing they're going to focus on and strip as much as they can. There are fewer and fewer reasons for some of us to stay here.

Its a step up from when I was first hired (Blue Cross and Ceridian? Bush league). Benefits here are simply average and the only thing that was ever superior was pay. Something will be clawed back, we will be made to feel like we should feel privileged to work here, no one will speak up. Rinse and repeat.
