After many years here suddenly I have a feeling the more I try, the more criticism I get. I don't think it's fair criticism in my case. I tried to be as self-critical as possible, but it seems to me that DQ is trying to force people to leave voluntarily. Or perhaps I'm wrong? Anyone else dealing with sudden and totally undeserved criticism?

The people or person criticising will be under pressure and trying to make others look less capable to make them look better, if there is anyone left in hr you can trust have a word with them in case it escalates.
Fa-t quip isn't worth the time & energy in your everyday life. You deserve better. Find better pay & treatment where your respected instead of that raggedy dumphole.
House of cards will not stand. Get out while you can with dignity. Those at the top cannot find their a_s with both hands. Total incompetence
