With the mass exodus over the last cpl of yrs, is there anyone decent left in mgmt? The real leaders with any integrity, work ethic, true compassion for their people are gone. Who is actually qualified to replace them? Would they even want it? There is no incentive. No motivation. I was lucky to have a boss that I could learn from, encouraged me to be more grow, felt like she really had my back…but after several toxic years finally had enough and decided to leave and got something better. Looks like there are lots of opportunities outside of o and g for those with log exp.

Clueless managers expect the non-exempt to perform in competencies well above their paygrade to support the incompetence and bad behavior of said managers. Bad behavior and incompetence are rewarded here.
At least when they ran the company we had qualified employees that were good at thier jobs! If you couldn't do it they got rid of you! Now they let any du----s work for them the less qualified the better! All about keeping the dayrate flowing!
Yea the good ol' boys ran the company so well they were constantly working overtime, or at least that's what was turned in to payroll. They really wanted to make the company good ;-| Not to mention they were on a daily10K calorie meal diet just to make sure they were ready to go at last minute notice. Get in my belly!!
The good old boy club that ran the business well at bammel has all been walked out the door and replaced with the scottish mafia members! They are the same as what they replaced, but they talk funny, and are less qualified than the rednecks!

There is a couple of great leaders left. Most of the younger leaders from NOI were run off when Pete left.
This place sucks. Management sucks. There isn't any incentive at all. They keep hiring the same types of people, onboarding and promoting external hires at higher pay and titles than loyaI employees. Then we have to train and watch these people perform poorly and get away with it. You're lucky you got away.
