Colgate came out way on top in this merger. Kudos to WH and JW for taking advantage of the warm seats that have occupied Cdev management since MP retired.

It’s a no brainer to take the 15 month package and run especially at $100+ WTI. Between layoffs and those refusing to move, Trident/Crest will be 60% Colgate employees, 30% new hires, and 10% Centennial Aggies.
